I contacted the office when they first took over management and asked if the owner had sold and if there was a new owner now. I was told no and that they were just the new property managers now. We were not used to this much great attention. We are very appreciative of the service and very thankful for how Pettit Property Management immediately worked to clean up everything and improve the property.
