Whether you are considering renting one of our homes, or have been a part of our Pettit Community for quite some time, we are glad you are here.
We are so glad that you are considering Pettit Property Management! You can read more about what benefits we offer to our tenants here. We would love to have you as a tenant! If you are interested in becoming a tenant with one of our current rentals, it all starts with our Application:
Simply click on the appropriate PDF icon below to download our application. There are many options of how to send your application to us; scan it and e-mail it back to us, fax it to us, or drop by our office an fill one out in person!
We do not accept portable screening reports.
We do require a completed application for each adult (18 years old or older) to live in a rental, and also any for co-signers that are required. For the non-refundable $52 application fee, you can use cash, check, or money order in person, mail us a check or money order, or we can set up access to create an online account through our tenant portal (additional charges will apply.)
The Holding Deposit Agreement is an optional service that we provide. Homes are renting very quickly in the current market, and we want to offer you the best possible chance of getting accepted for the home you want! If placing a hold on a particular home is something that you are interested in learning about, please ask!

Just wanted to say, wow, your property management team is very polite and friendly! We went to view a few houses through another company, and it felt very cold with a hurry up vibe … it took us by surprise. Either way, I hope you’ll have some homes available soon in our price range and size, so we’ll be keeping an eye on your site.

Pettit Property Managements desire is to provide an enjoyable tenancy and to experience quality living in our homes. There are many benefits to renting with Pettit Property Management:
- We are always available if there are any questions or concerns. Tenants are a priority to us! We desire to give the best service that we can provide – If we are not achieving this, please bring this to our attention. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, we welcome tenants to make an appointment to meet with our office manager or staff members to personally discuss any questions or concerns. Tenant input is what allows us to offer the best customer service that we can! Our goal is to make every tenancy a pleasant one.
- We value communication! If there is an issue with the rental, we want to know about it right away so that it can be corrected. Once we receive a work order, we work to assess the situation and handle it in the most effective way possible. We have policies in place to make ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner according to the contracts we hold with the owner of the home! Our priority is getting the issue addressed quickly so you can move on with your day-to-day life!
- We require our rentals to be maintained in great condition and according to the law to provide all tenants with a pleasant place to call home! Our goal is to make each home as comfortable as possible. Our desire is for tenants to love living in our homes and to feel happy with their living situation.
- We do routine inspections of each home’s structure as well as occasionally drive by each home. These policies are in place to protect each tenant. We want to ensure that the house is kept in great condition so that each tenancy can run smoothly and we are able to catch repairs before they become a problem – saving both time and money! Tenants are not required to be home for either of these, and we always make sure to communicate the dates of any internal inspections to ensure tenants are aware in advance. Please feel free to ask any questions about this policy so we can clarify our intent. Also inquire about all the benefits that come from the inspections.
