I just wanted to say thank you! We are currently stationed in PA while my husband is on assignment as a recruiter and renting a home here. When we were searching and applying for the home everything was done through a management company. However, little did we know that once we moved in everything would go through the owners of the house.

We did a walk through while the previous tenants were packing, so all the imperfections were things we thought would be taken care of. However, every nail, nail hole and mark on the wall was still there. Things were left behind, not only were the bathrooms dirty and dog hair throughout the house but the living room rug smelled like a dog.

So thank you for taking care of our house for us, I’ve never appreciated so much the load that it takes off us that you handle move ins and move outs and all the day to day things with the tenants.

In all the years Pettit has managed our two rental houses in Lacy, we’ve seldom had questions on repair or turnover bills. When we have, the questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. The most important thing I can think of to praise their efforts is that if one of our units has a change in tenants, the turnover is immediate and always at somewhat higher rent. We’ve missed less than two weeks rent combined from the two houses in over ten years. Pettit has done a remarkable job of keeping the income stream consistent, and at market rate.
