One Time Leasing Service

Full Time Leasing Service
Our full time leasing service includes all of our one time leasing features, plus the following:
- Assistance with utility transfers
- Rent and fees collection
- Monthly distribution of funds to owner by their method of choice
- Professional facilitation of all tenant/landlord issues
- Provision of year-end tax statements
- Regular drive-bys and routine inspections of quality of living
- Full house inspection including roof, attic and crawl space at every turn over or per request during tenancy
- Coordination of access to property for all services/contractors by property management team instead of inconveniencing tenants to coordinate or accommodate. (Tenants may chose to be present)
- Tracking of routine services and all maintenance including owner preferred vendors or in house maintenance.
- Suggested maintenance concerns presented to homeowner frequently to prevent future deferred maintenance and detailed knowledge of the property
- Tracking of lease renewal dates without lapse and professional market updates to determine rent increases to stay current with market trends
- Year round advertising of home on website
- Expert knowledge of legal and lawful processes, ensuring full compliance with regulations, evictions, and legal matters, with efficient and clear guidance throughout the entire process
