Hailey has called Olympia “home” her whole life and started at Pettit in 2022. She lives an adventurous life with her spouse, daughter “Emmie” and their cat, Sugar.

What is your favorite vacation destination?

Having the opportunity to travel around the world growing up it is hard to call one place my favorite. Amsterdam has always been my best memory with my family, and I would love to go back. From the beautiful boat rides down the canal’s, to biking around town to the local pancake shop it will always hold a special place in my heart.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

One of my favorite childhood memories was spending sunrise to sunset on the boat with family and friends. Growing up living on Lake Saint Clair, we would spend all day tubing, wakeboarding, and hanging out on the water then return to shore to BBQ and have a bonfire. Years later I get the joy of sharing the experience with my little one at “Mimi and Papa’s house”.

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not at work?

Some of my happiest moments are spent outside with my family. Living so close to Mt. Rainier, we love exploring the outdoors seeing waterfalls, mountain peaks, and wildlife. During the summer we spend our weekends car camping in the mountains with friends and hiking early mornings to see the sunrise.

What is your favorite Ice Cream flavor?

Every time I go to an Ice Cream shop, I chose anything peanut butter!! My go to is a chocolate peanut butter milkshake.
